CLUB MISSION STATEMENT

To provide members with a place to train and exercise that is friendly and comfortable. Welcoming people of all ages, sizes and abilities. To provide training programs of fitness, both physical and mental, which is fun and exciting. The St Laurence O’Toole Athletic Club will strive to ensure that each member trains and competes so that this experience will help better their life and be more prepared to meet the challenges of their future.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

St. Laurence O'Toole Athletic Club provides modern facilities for training and competitions in both Track and Field events. The track is ideally situated, because it is central to the community of Carlow and surrounding areas. The club facilitates the community games events every year, involving young people from the local community and adjoining counties. St. Laurence O'Toole Athletic Club plays a major role in the community.
